Managing Risk

Managing risk for a venture investor is all about ensuring that the risks that matter have been identified, and then adequately mitigated. This lies at the heart of the Juno process of helping you to gain external funding.

 
We do this by employing a traffic light system of risk appreciation. This illustrates progress towards and attainment of key milestones in the journey to alignment with investors and successful funding.
 
All risks are captured on a Risk Tolerability Matrix. From this, we can plot progress on a Safety-Risk Graph which illustrates where risks are either not being adequately identified or sufficiently mitigated.
